The energy auditor will ask you for the last 12 energy bills and any additional information about energy consuming equipment in the organization, such as drawings, equipment inventory etc.
During the on-site visit the energy auditor will ask to look at all energy consuming equipment, so you will need to allow the auditor access to those areas.
The energy auditor will ask you how this equipment is operated, so you will need to know schedules of ignition and shutdown, personnel shifts, set-points of specific equipment etc.
You can also point out any specific equipment or areas where you may have concerns and discuss with the auditor any inefficiencies identified and potential energy savings to solve them.
